I felt inspired by my dear friend @Raymond_Mikal to share this with this lovely community. It's something I felt moved to write some years ago, as a message for our beautiful, brave men, when I recognized their struggle after the damage caused through the hijacked feminist (anti-man) movement, that left many of our men emasculated and not knowing their place in the world anymore. THE JOURNEY OF THE HEART
There is a fine line between sanity and insanity, reality and illusion. Are you ready to be brutally honest with yourself? Are you ready to smash the stories, the illusions and the narratives that your mind has created to shield yourself from the truth?
It’s a brave man that ventures down the rabbit hole of the caverns of his mind. One thought leading to another and another. Where does it end?
It’s not about learning more; it’s about learning less. It’s actually about unlearning. The unquenchable thirst for truth, theorizing and philosophizing, will expand our minds, give us new and different perspectives but it won’t open our hearts. That’s where the real wisdom is.
But going deep into our heart can be like opening a can of wounds. The place where we have no choice but to confront our shadow, our fears, our emotions, and truly feel our feelings. But it’s also the place where we have access to the most powerful force in the Universe – unconditional love.
There are two paths to the truth – one leads us away from our heart, the other leads us toward it. Brave is the man who can venture into the caverns of his own mind. Even braver is the man who can open his heart. That’s courage.

As you can see I made same more sourdough bread 😳😂😂
I feel like this one is the beast so far.
So for all of you that wanna try I used this recipe:
100g sourdough starter I made it with einkorn flour
350g (great) water
500g flour I used einkorn flour
10g salt I used Himalayan
Folded it 4 times and left it in the fridge overnight.
Preheated the oven with the Dutch oven in it to 475F and then put the bread into the very hot Dutch oven baked it with lid closed for 30 min 475 F opened the lid and baked for another 20 min. Would love to see y’all’s sourdough pics 🤗🤗

it's time for another Sunday Sermon:-)
One of the most common things that Kristin & I would repeat over and over again during our retreats is the phrase, "give yourself permission" or "allow yourself...".
Why? Because for anything new, different or better to unfold we need to first give ourselves permission. Life is a journey, not a destination. The interesting this is, how the world around us reflects our own decisions...in quite a big way:-)
