HEADS UP - PAY ATTENTION - I inform folks of this all the time. It's no joke. When one is ruthlessly honest with themselves, secrets, lies, illusions and hidden intentions become easy to spot. When I say, "you can lie to yourself, you can lie to others however you cannot lie to me", I mean it AND I just told y'all how I grew that ability. I suffer no secret or lie, even to myself. From doing that and living that "way" it's become near like a "superpower" of "truth seeing". I am telling y'all this so youns may make that "superpower" yours as well. Go ahead, 🫵YOU can do it, y'all are strong enough.
Will we make it back to civilization? The bigger question is - do we want to?

As you can see I made same more sourdough bread 😳😂😂
I feel like this one is the beast so far.
So for all of you that wanna try I used this recipe:
100g sourdough starter I made it with einkorn flour
350g (great) water
500g flour I used einkorn flour
10g salt I used Himalayan
Folded it 4 times and left it in the fridge overnight.
Preheated the oven with the Dutch oven in it to 475F and then put the bread into the very hot Dutch oven baked it with lid closed for 30 min 475 F opened the lid and baked for another 20 min. Would love to see y’all’s sourdough pics 🤗🤗

it's time for another Sunday Sermon:-)
One of the most common things that Kristin & I would repeat over and over again during our retreats is the phrase, "give yourself permission" or "allow yourself...".
Why? Because for anything new, different or better to unfold we need to first give ourselves permission. Life is a journey, not a destination. The interesting this is, how the world around us reflects our own decisions...in quite a big way:-)
