As you can see I made same more sourdough bread 😳😂😂
I feel like this one is the beast so far.
So for all of you that wanna try I used this recipe:
100g sourdough starter I made it with einkorn flour
350g (great) water
500g flour I used einkorn flour
10g salt I used Himalayan
Folded it 4 times and left it in the fridge overnight.
Preheated the oven with the Dutch oven in it to 475F and then put the bread into the very hot Dutch oven baked it with lid closed for 30 min 475 F opened the lid and baked for another 20 min. Would love to see y’all’s sourdough pics 🤗🤗

FER FUN = It's cold as FUCK this am🥶. So cold that my car aint inda startin n I gots some place to be. Back in the house I ponder - A hair dryer could be used to warm the battery or perhaps a microwaved bag of corn or I could bring the battery in the house for a bit. 😆None of those ponderings matter all that much, I aint doin none of that n am workin somethin else out. 😶 Options? 😅Ya want options? Then fuckin make some I say 😎

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
