As you can see I made same more sourdough bread 😳😂😂
I feel like this one is the beast so far.
So for all of you that wanna try I used this recipe:
100g sourdough starter I made it with einkorn flour
350g (great) water
500g flour I used einkorn flour
10g salt I used Himalayan
Folded it 4 times and left it in the fridge overnight.
Preheated the oven with the Dutch oven in it to 475F and then put the bread into the very hot Dutch oven baked it with lid closed for 30 min 475 F opened the lid and baked for another 20 min. Would love to see y’all’s sourdough pics 🤗🤗
When it’s 93 degrees in the shade and 165% humidity - your average Tennessee July day - the most logical conclusion is “it’s time to make firewood”, wouldn’t you agree?
So we made our way out to our friend’s ranch and got the party started.
It’s one of our favorite “chores” because we know winter is coming and nothing beats sitting in front of the fireplace listening to crackling wood.
Most of what we cut up won’t be seasoned until a year from now but we tend to plan ahead a little;-)
We will however wait for the weather to cool down before continuing these non-urgent chores…it’s been quite brutal;-)

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
