in the face of all that we are witnessing in the world today, who hasn't asked themself at times, "What can little old me change"? It's a common question and we've all asked it before.
It's actually a very important one to ask, but most don't realize how powerful the real answer is.
Let us explain in today's Sunday Sermon 👇🏽
A grandmother weaves a blanket for her grandchild from the scraps of her family’s worn clothes. As she weaves, she tells stories: of the stars, of the buffalo, of laughter and sorrow. When the blanket is finished, she tells the child, “This is not to keep you warm. This is to remind you who you are.”
That child grows up, leaves the land, forgets the stories—but one cold night in a city far away, he wraps himself in the old blanket. And he remembers.
The blanket had not just been woven from cloth—it had been woven from love, memory, and identity.

it's time for another Sunday Sermon:-)
One of the most common things that Kristin & I would repeat over and over again during our retreats is the phrase, "give yourself permission" or "allow yourself...".
Why? Because for anything new, different or better to unfold we need to first give ourselves permission. Life is a journey, not a destination. The interesting this is, how the world around us reflects our own decisions...in quite a big way:-)
