DON’T ARGUE WITH DONKEYS
The donkey said to the tiger:
– “The grass is blue”.
The tiger replied:
– “No, the grass is green.”
The discussion heated up, and the two decided to submit him to arbitration, and for this they went before the lion, the King of the Jungle.
Already before reaching the forest clearing, where the lion was sitting on his throne, the donkey began to shout:
– “His Highness, is it true that the grass is blue?”.
The lion replied:
– “True, the grass is blue.”
The donkey hurried and continued:
– “The tiger disagrees with me and contradicts and annoys me, please punish him.”
The king then declared:
– “The tiger will be punished with 5 years of silence.”
The donkey jumped cheerfully and went on his way, content and repeating:
– “The Grass Is Blue”…
The tiger accepted his punishment, but before he asked the lion:
– “Your Majesty, why have you punished me?, after all, the grass is green.”
The lion replied:
– “In fact, the grass is green.”
The tiger asked:
– “So why are you punishing me?”.
The lion replied:
– “That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is not possible for a brave and intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with a donkey, and on top of that come and bother me with that question.”
The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on arguments that don’t make sense… There are people who, no matter how much evidence and evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not.
When ignorance screams, intelligence is silent. Your peace and quiet are worth more.
I was so excited to see that blankets and Christmas lights did the trick and the garden survived the freezing temperatures…
It’s a mystical, foggy morning here and I’m loving it;-) The fog is almost like the snow, makes everything a little slower and quieter.
We’re taking my parents to the Amish country today - something they haven’t experienced before, at least in this lifetime;-) What are y’all up to this weekend?
Bread baking is in full swing and I feel like I’m getting the hang of it again 😃😃. Having my parents around for such a long time is always very interesting for me. It’s so easy to observe my own patterns and behavioral traits in them and it always gives me a lot of insight on what needs some more healing or forgiving or shifting in me. As I always say healing is a journey one day at a time .

My lemons were doing great this year. I was brave enough in spring to really cut them down quite a bit and as it turned out it was really good for them. Are any of you guys growing citrus plants? Sending y’all much love K♥️
FER FUN - SKUNKS - 😏I get along wit nature VERY well. We're buds😁Anyway, I wake in the wee hours of the morning. Over the last fistful of months, skunks have come to visit me, before dawn😅. They come n clean up some of the bird seed I toss aroun the yard. I go out n say hi when I see 'em. They live aroun here too n I like knowing 'em n them knowing me. Skunks only piss on ya when threatened or surprised sooooooo I go out n get acquainted. There are 4 of 'em that stop by. One is black wit white stripes, another is white wit black stripes. Those two are a couple. Fairly sure tother two are their offspring. One of 'em is mostly white save for it's face n two small dots on her back. The other is mostly black. Only a few white spots. Small ones. Me n the mostly white skunk got acquainted this week. I get within ten feet or so. The funny part is, it was spring when I first started makin friends wit 'em n it was the same one I would see. Now 4 of 'em stop by, sometimes 2 at a ...

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
