This photo is from quite a few moons ago when we were doing a shoot for a new single I was releasing.
You can literally see the writing on the wall.
Many years ago, when I first began inner-standing the connection between the words we use and the life we live I began changing my vocabulary immediately.
While others were saying, “the concert was killer” or “I’m dying to see her” or “this sunset is sick” in my mind I would substitute their words for “amazing” and “awe inspiring” and “interesting” and “beautiful”…
The words we use cover the canvas of our lives. What are we going to fill it with?
Do you think a certain force benefits from us using negative and destructive words to describe positive and beautiful things? Of course it does.
Another thing I have done for years & years is picking a word for each new year.
For a long time mine has been INSPIRED - well, I think you knew that;-)
But I added a few more that are so important to me - LOVE, AUTHENTICITY, TRUTH, FREEDOM

Cycles within cycles. All things repeat in cycles. Every completed cycle asks - WILL YOU REPEAT OR EVOLVE. Humanity seems content to repeat. Feels that way too. Feels like an alcoholic who crashes a car every few weeks, KNOWS it is going to happen n does it anyway. Keeps repeating the same destructive cycle with no variation, hoping n praying for change yet doing NOTHING to create change. MY question for humanity is the same as the universes question. WILL YOU REPEAT OR EVOLVE? 😶
20 years ago I lived here to help launch the Sanctuary at Sedona.
I’m still deeply connected, call this my home out west.
For the past couple months, I have been there writing, producing new branding logo and messaging, producing, casting, filming editing, voiceover … and FINALLY I can call this part of the project DONE!
Although over the coming year, I am producing a documentary movie and more… all related to this.

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
