Why we won't do a mass/group meditation...
It’s a mystical, foggy morning here and I’m loving it;-) The fog is almost like the snow, makes everything a little slower and quieter.
We’re taking my parents to the Amish country today - something they haven’t experienced before, at least in this lifetime;-) What are y’all up to this weekend?
Bread baking is in full swing and I feel like I’m getting the hang of it again 😃😃. Having my parents around for such a long time is always very interesting for me. It’s so easy to observe my own patterns and behavioral traits in them and it always gives me a lot of insight on what needs some more healing or forgiving or shifting in me. As I always say healing is a journey one day at a time .
Is there something you guys are working on right now or healing or maybe just observing in yourself? Sending you all much much love ❤️ K
When you cleaning in an old barm, you never know what will show up.
Found this "little knife" the other day, so ready when "it" comes 😎🥷🤪😅❤️🔥
A Hunting Tale
My 10 year old son has been riding me to let him try deer hunting with a crossbow. Not one to deny him the urge to do anything live, in person, and deeply rewarding, I made my weekend available. He’s been target shooting with it a lot. In fact, he was doing it too much because he got good enough that he began shooting the knocks off the other arrows.🤨
Nature started out helping us. We had record cold hit us here in the Deep South, which put the deer to moving, and acorns on the ground.
4:50AM isn’t a fun time to get out your warm bed, but my son was already downstairs and dressed when I finally got up. We got stuff together and trudged through the windy woods to a stand I haven’t hunted
much. We climbed in, and did what most hunters spend all their time doing; wait. We didn’t have to wait long. At about 6:30 some deer began feeding their way to us.
It would take 10 agonizingly slow
minutes for them to go the 40 yards to come into range. For a kid, it has to be like 10 ...
Friends,
it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
Kristin and I talk about it in today's Sunday Sermon right here 👇🏽
Much Love & Many Blessings,

Friends,
in the face of all that we are witnessing in the world today, who hasn't asked themself at times, "What can little old me change"? It's a common question and we've all asked it before.
It's actually a very important one to ask, but most don't realize how powerful the real answer is.
Let us explain in today's Sunday Sermon 👇🏽
