🙂I inspired a brother of ours, Dennis, who makes music wit AI to make some specific tunes fer us. Calls himself Mismatched Menace. 🥲 He's purdy good. Where Guilt Actually Lives

1. The First Lock
Throat & Upper Chest
What happens
The breath cuts short
The voice tightens or compensates
Expression hesitates
The message
“Don’t reveal. Don’t show. Don’t say too much.”
This is the gate of expression.
When it tightens, self-censorship begins.
2. Solar Plexus.
The Inner Judge
What it feels like
A knot
Pressure
Sudden unease without a clear reason
The message
“I am being evaluated.”
This is where shame lives.
Not as an idea, as an sensation.
It’s the body’s courtroom.

3. The Diaphragm
Where Life Is Slowed
What happens
Breathing stays high in the chest
The exhale never fully completes
Presence becomes thin
The message
“Hold back.”
The diaphragm regulates life flow.
When it locks, joy fades first.
4. Pelvic Floor – The Core of Guilt
This is the most important place,
and the most ignored 🚩🚩🚩
What happens
A subtle contraction...

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
