When I was a kid my dad once told me, “living is solving problems.”That sentence really stuck with me.
Decades later I can neither dispute nor confirm his observation.
What I do know is that it somehow helped me overcome my fear of looking at and solving problems.
It seems like we do have a lot of problems to solve.
But we need creative solutions, heartfelt solutions, lasting solutions. HEALTHY SOLUTIONS.
The old ways don’t work anymore. Maybe they never really have.
In the last couple of months, we were able to solve a big problem.
Or quite a few, actually.

Time to say goodbye to Billy, he has spread enough DNA on Big Bear Farm.
Thankfully, Billy is going to a wonderful home we know very well where he will be free to spread more of his DNA;-)
Kiara and her husband AJ are spending the weekend and we hung out with the animals until it got too cold.
Typical for Tennessee we left the house dressed for a certain temperature when only 30 minutes later the temperature had decided it’s winter again.
It was also determined that 2 of the newest 3 kids are boys - we named them Howard and Richard.
Which gives us around 5 months to build a new fence and separate them from the girls or it will be Billy Bob all over again.
Lots of projects on the horizon in the next few days…well, after the next few days, as soon as it gets warmer.

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
