It’s a mystical, foggy morning here and I’m loving it;-) The fog is almost like the snow, makes everything a little slower and quieter.

We’re taking my parents to the Amish country today - something they haven’t experienced before, at least in this lifetime;-) What are y’all up to this weekend?

Today we made quite the discovery…well, Noah did.

We were wondering why, with 17 laying hens, we weren’t really increasing our egg production.

Turns out, the chickens kept a secret.

Fun tale from my youth - I learned a hard lesson at a young age. Here it is - A neighbor kid n I were playing chicken at speed. No hands on handlebars. We collided. Smacked heads together in mid air n everything, bent rims n tires 30degrees or more. We both had goose eggs that made us look like unicorns as we lay in heaps wit our bikes. The neighbor kids parents came runnin out n scrapped up their kid. My parents came runnin out n grabbed the neighbor kids bike n followed THEM. Leaving me laying in the alley, in a heap wit my wrecked bike. This was not the first time I was shown I'm on my own. I knew what I had to do. Tell myself to get up. What I thought was help, was not. I gotta take care of myself, MYSELF. I got the fuck up n drug me n my bike into the yard then stumbled into the house. An ambulance came for the other kid. I got sat in a chair, told not to fall asleep n scolded. / Feel sorrow over that? 🖕STOP THAT SHIT. 😏Reckon I'm sorry 'bout it? 😄 I sure as fuck am not. ...
