Last weekend Kristin and I were invited to a very special 4-day gathering.

In a world full of chaos, distractions and the next big news on the horizon it’s easy to forget being in the moment. Being truly present mind, body and spirit. These beautiful animals have shown us so much and one of the main reminders/lessons they thought us is to be present and thankful for all that is life.

I gota get ta doin sum stuff. it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
