The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.
The second best time is now.
Most people never start a project or a mission or a business (ideally all 3 are aligned) because they create a
'mountain of obstacles' in their minds.
"I first need to get capital"
"I don't have enough time"
"I don't have enough knowledge yet"
"According to vedic astrology I should wait until September 2026"
Here is the short and sweet excuse-killer.
DO WHAT YOU CAN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
WHERE YOU ARE
Forget what you CANNOT do & focus on what you CAN do right now...
Ok, now that we have overcome that "mountain of obstacles", here are 8 sweet and simple ways that will help you you jumpstart whatever you've been putting off for so long & keep you going:
1. Find what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can get paid for. This will make you excited to get up every day!
2. Continully work on becoming better - it's all about making small improvements. By focusing on getting a little better each day, you can make big progress over time.
3. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. Repeat this cycle to stay focused and avoid getting tired.
4. Eat until you're about 80% full. This helps keep your energy levels balanced and prevents feeling sluggish from overeating.

5. Appreciate things that aren't perfect. Seeing the beauty in imperfection can make you feel happier and more productive.
6. Do your best. By always putting your best foot forward and not giving up, you can overcome all obstacles and achieve your goals.
7. Keep your stuff organized and clean. This helps you stay focused and makes it easier to find what you need.
8. Have a "beginner's mind." Approach tasks with curiosity and an open mind, like you're learning something new. This will make everything feel more exciting and engaging.
BONUS TIP: Begin and end each day with gratitude. Lots of gratitude;-)
Let me know in the comments what your "passion project" is - realized or unrealized.

Good morning everyone ♥️

Bread baking is in full swing and I feel like I’m getting the hang of it again 😃😃. Having my parents around for such a long time is always very interesting for me. It’s so easy to observe my own patterns and behavioral traits in them and it always gives me a lot of insight on what needs some more healing or forgiving or shifting in me. As I always say healing is a journey one day at a time .
Is there something you guys are working on right now or healing or maybe just observing in yourself? Sending you all much much love ❤️ K

SUNDAY SERMON - Who We Are Determines What We See

Friends,

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".

They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?

Kristin and I talk about it in today's Sunday Sermon right here 👇🏽

Much Love & Many Blessings,
Jean & Kristin
