If you can keep your head when all about you Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies, Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,

And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream-and not make dreams your master;
If you can think-and not make thoughts your aim;

If you can meet with triumph and disaster And treat those two impostors just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,

Or watch the things you gave your life to broken, And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,

And lose, and start again at your beginnings And never breathe a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew To serve your turn long after they are gone, And so hold on when there is nothing in you Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, Or walk with kings-nor lose the common touch;

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds' worth of distance run-

Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, And-which is more-you'll be a Man, my son!

"IF" by Rudyard Kipling, 1895

Have you heard of the birds in the turtle 🐢?

This little clay turtle sits on our front porch and apparently a blue jay momma decided it’s the perfect place for a nest.

We can see her fly in and out every day and she is beautiful. There are 4 eggs in there and we can’t wait for them to hatch.

They will be known as the birds in the turtle to future generations and there will be a lot of speculation about the metaphysical meaning of this phrase.

Scholars will argue, believers will fight but you all know the truth😂😂😂

I know there's a number of gardeners in this Tribe, so in regards to the post on YouTube regarding the UK ban on tobacco, I wanted to share a website that sells organic, heirloom, non gmo tobacco seeds.

Tobacco is a hardy annual that can be grown in USDA garden zone 2-12. The plant is beautiful and structural and can be incorporated into a flower, herb or veggie bed.

It's a bit difficult to germinate but this website has a free growing guide as well.

You know what I've always said... 'Grow yer Own'. In full transparency, in the 'old days' that was a reference to other crops one could smoke 😂😂😂 However, these days I do not partake in those other crops and use the addage mostly in regards to growing your own food. Seems I've come full circle to the smoke-ables, LMAO 😂😂😂

I would like to test out this method. Have you ever heard of this? Have you tried anything similar that produces filtered results?

SUNDAY SERMON - Who We Are Determines What We See

Friends,

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".

They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?

Kristin and I talk about it in today's Sunday Sermon right here 👇🏽

Much Love & Many Blessings,
Jean & Kristin
