I wanted to share a little bit of a different perspective on Hurricane Helene with you.
In the days leading up to Helene making landfall I had an interesting conversation with "her".

In a world full of chaos, distractions and the next big news on the horizon it’s easy to forget being in the moment. Being truly present mind, body and spirit. These beautiful animals have shown us so much and one of the main reminders/lessons they thought us is to be present and thankful for all that is life.
Oh what a wonderful gift it is. 🙏🏼

😏FER FUN n POINT MAKING = I ask, year after year what day any given made-up, babel-on 'bout bullshit "holiday" is n hear, "same day it was last year" followed by some calendar date. Truth is, I don't give a shit enough to bother remembering. To me, every day is a "holy-day", it's MINE n I seize it when a wake. 😶 Somebody else dictate YOUR holidays/holy-days for you? Project 'em n tell ya what n when they are n even what to celebrate? . . . . . . .🤔 I could NOT ask if it's because the suggested "holidays" are accepted n followed out of complacency, without thinking about it first because of life-long programing to accept what is told n obey, because it'll upset some folks, however ya just heard/read me, n if the truth of what I said pissed ya off😁 GOOD. Now think about the crap ya blindly accept.

it's always quite interesting to see how one and the same piece of information/video/article can cause an incredibly variety of reactions. From "blessed and inspired" to "this is fear mongering of the worst kind".
They saw the same piece on information delivered/written by the same person. So is it the information itself or is it something else that determines how we react?
