Time to say goodbye to Billy, he has spread enough DNA on Big Bear Farm.

Thankfully, Billy is going to a wonderful home we know very well where he will be free to spread more of his DNA;-)

Kiara and her husband AJ are spending the weekend and we hung out with the animals until it got too cold.

Typical for Tennessee we left the house dressed for a certain temperature when only 30 minutes later the temperature had decided it’s winter again.

It was also determined that 2 of the newest 3 kids are boys - we named them Howard and Richard.

Which gives us around 5 months to build a new fence and separate them from the girls or it will be Billy Bob all over again.

Lots of projects on the horizon in the next few days…well, after the next few days, as soon as it gets warmer.

Today was all about the chickens…we got 8 beautiful new chickens and they needed an equally beautiful home.

I find this information is a very useful way to look at what assets/capital I have, being the all mighty dollar isn't one of them! 😆

As a single grandmother living far from my daughter & her family and on a limited budget, I've complained to myself that I do not have the money for the land I envision a my 'Forever Place'.

However, that train of thought never lasts long as I find that whenever I'm start listening to that ear-worm, I Go Within and I remind myself that I Am a Spark of Infinite Creator Source, and as such, I am a Creator. I KNOW WHO I AM.

I've got tons of crazy skills in the garden, food preservation and other homesteading experience I am more than willing to share and have done.
Now it's time to roll up my selves and find my Community, my Home.
