Today while out and about in the car, I saw so many signs and synchronicities everywhere, but there was this one particular advertisement on a billboard that really stood out to me as a message I needed to share with this wonderful Inspired community - "Ignite what lies within."
I also wanted to share this beautiful meditation I found which I've been using these past days, morning and night to expand the energy of my heart.
I've felt a shift in the energies recently and have been feeling more of a pull to focus on my heart (with more intention behind it) and, as Jean spoke about, send unconditional love energy out into the world.
