So why is an outbreak of this Hantavirus from my perspective inevitable? Because the time to stay in the comfort zone is OVER.
As within, so without, microcosm and macrocosm:
Trauma is the source of all plandemics. It is a collective trigger, specifically: The fear of death! So what is happening on a world stage, you can observe within yourself. Have you healed this trauma because you went into the uncomfortable and gained conscious that death is an illusion and a mindvirus? Well then you have nothing to fear about this plandemic. You will be able to fully watch this show from the sideline.
Another example is the energycrisis, many people where in a energycrisis internally, they had no energy anymore (microcosm) so what happened on world stage? A energycrisis happened (macrocosm). So from simply watching the outside world, you will immediately SEE where the collective of humanity is.
The solution?
How does emotional healing generally work? The universe will generate a situation where you get triggered! You observe this trigger and this pattern with yourself, you set the intention to change. You will be tested many more times until you heal the trauma and don’t get triggered anymore. So the simple solution is healing your trauma? What does it take to heal your trauma? Energy, lots of energy!
The five trauma reflexes and a lack of energy to heal:
Fight, flight, freeze, fawn and flop. These are the official five trauma reflexes. Personally I think one is missing: Fool. This is what you observe when you as a more conscious person try to tell a unconscious person for example that there is no virus. They will make a fool out of you. They will be inable to comprehend how you got to this conclusion so they make a fool out of you: You are crazy! Immediately they are back in their comfortzone and they safed themselves. They took the easy way out. Another example is David Icke that has been fooled for a long time before people started listening. So when does these reflexes happen? When you lack energy to confront your trauma and your stress level gets too high.
So how can we speed up this healing proces? By generating energy within yourself! Now this is where grounding comes in. A grounded person will be like a tree with a large rootsystem, withstand the storm, while the ungrounded person will fall over.
How do we ground and the five elements of matter:
So how do we ground? Go into the uncomfortable and train!
What do the five elements have to do with that and how do we generate energy? Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Ether.
Air: Breathwork and movement (physical training) Mindfullness, train the mind, observe your thoughts, meditate
Water: Drink living water and emotional training
Fire: Sunshine, sun exposure and heat exposure (saunas and infrared)
Earth: Food, start changing the things that you eat. Ideally your own grown food. Build a garden. Barefoot walking. Be in nature. Cold exposure.
Ether: FLFE.
These are some first things that you can improve to generate enough energy to heal yourself into love, joy, peace, truth and freedom.
